Quik Print’s Digital Press Operator is a key position in our Production Department. The Press Operator is primarily responsible for all operation pertaining to production on digital presses; this includes Monochrome, CMYK and 5^th Color Presses. The Press Operator manages digital workflow and production in the Quik Print Digital Production Department. Digital Production is an extension of our Store Operations Digital Production—Stores will flow larger capacity work, long runs, variable data, or any job needing bindery/finishing or mailing. The digital department employs several pieces of production equipment and software to help produced jobs for clients. The job includes providing quality control, color calibration, managing digital stocks, troubleshooting odd or specialty stocks, producing in house marketing materials, supply chain management, and maintaining equipment to OEM standards.
