Account Representative

Account Representatives are the driving force behind the growth of our company. Account Representatives are responsible for maintaining current clients, seeking out qualified potential clients, and gaining new business from both existing and new clients. As an Account Representative, your daily activities will include cold calling, scheduling appointments, making sales presentations, quoting projects, soliciting and submitting contracts, coordinating projects and strengthening customer relations. Each Account Representative works in a specified territory and is expected to meet reasonable minimum new sales goals set by the Area Sales Manager as well as be an important contributing factor to an overall increase in sales.

Bindery/Post-Press Personnel

Our Bindery Department puts the finishing touches on our projects. Quik Print’s Production Center (Charter Ave) has a full Bindery Department which includes folders, cutters, multibinders, collators, slitters, shrink tunnels, drills, power GBC punches, laminators, numbering units, etc. As a member of the Bindery Team, you should be proficient with most of our equipment and be capable of learning any new equipment we add. You must have an impeccable sense for detail and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our business. You must have impeccable people skills as this position requires a lot of face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients. Copy experience preferred, but not necessary. As a Customer Service Representative, you must be highly organized, efficient and pay great attention to details as you will be responsible for the accurate production of client projects in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Representatives must be versatile as daily activities will include (but are not limited to) the following activities: quality production using high-speed copiers, in-store bindery work, front counter sales, phoning clients, deliveries. You must also be skilled in basic copier maintenance and be able to maintain an adequate inventory of supplies. Includes a complete in house training program that offers opportunities for advancement.

Delivery Driver

The Driver position is full time and responsibilities include job pick up from our centralized production facility, delivery to customers and Quik Print locations within Oklahoma City, some light bindery work and customer interaction. Heavy lifting is required (50 lbs.). Professional appearance & Clean Driving Record a must. We will require consent to a DMV Record check. CDL is NOT required. Excellent Pay. Benefits, including 401(k), Health, Vison and Dental Insurance, as well as Paid Time Off. Dress code for the position is Shirt and Tie for men, and Professional attire for women. Press Operator

Our Press Operators are the best in Oklahoma City. In fact, they’re so good we should actually call them Press Artisans. They take their work seriously and take pride in the quality of work they output. At Quik Print, we currently use the following equipment: Multiple single and 2 color presses, Ryobi524-4 Color press with aqueous coating and 2 color tower. As a Press Operator for Quik Print, you must be proficient in single color printing and multi-color close registration projects using Polyester CTP plates. You are required to produce high quality work, keep your work area neat and organized, perform basic maintenance on your equipment and keep management informed of potential mechanical & safety problems. Quik Print press operators must be able to work within a fast-paced organized system that fosters pride and accomplishments.

Digital Press Operator

Quik Print’s Digital Press Operator is a key position in our Production Department. The Press Operator is primarily responsible for all operation pertaining to production on digital presses; this includes Monochrome, CMYK and 5th Color Presses. The Press Operator manages digital workflow and production in the Quik Print Digital Production Department. Digital Production is an extension of our Store Operations Digital Production—Stores will flow larger capacity work, long runs, variable data, or any job needing bindery/finishing or mailing. The digital department employs several pieces of production equipment and software to help produced jobs for clients. The job includes providing quality control, color calibration, managing digital stocks, troubleshooting odd or specialty stocks, producing in house marketing materials, supply chain management, and maintaining equipment to OEM standards.

Graphics/Pre-Press

At Quik Print, nearly every job starts off in our Graphics/Pre-Press Department. Sometimes, it’s as simple as putting in a customer’s disk and outputting a file and other times it’s as complex as laying out a 50-page manual. Our Graphics Department is equipped with both Mac and PC platforms. Production & output of documents are completed with the following programs: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. As a member of the Pre-press Team, you should feel comfortable using a variety of programs and have experience in pre-flighting, electronic trapping, scanning and troubleshooting. You must also maintain a high degree of accuracy. Members of the Graphics Department are also responsible for maintaining system performance as well as backing up files and systems.
