Account Manager / Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our business. You must have impeccable people skills as this position requires a lot of face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients. Printing experience preferred, but not necessary. As a Customer Service Representative, you must be highly organized, efficient and pay great attention to details as you will be responsible for the accurate production of client projects in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Representatives must be versatile as daily activities will include (but are not limited to) the following activities: quality production using high-speed digital printers, in-store graphic design work, in-store bindery work, front counter sales, phoning clients, deliveries. Includes a complete in-house training program that offers opportunities for advancement. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required. This is a safety sensitive position.
